Pieces ship across Bangladesh with cash on delivery. After an order is confirmed, the house calls to arrange delivery.

• Inside Dhaka, delivery is usually within 1–3 working days.
• Outside Dhaka, delivery is usually within 3–7 working days.
• Inside Dhaka district delivery and outside Dhaka delivery charges are set in admin settings and shown on checkout from your district (jila).
• Eid, storms, or travel delays can add a little time.

Check the piece when it arrives, then pay. If the parcel is wrong, tell the house immediately.

A faulty or incorrect piece can be returned or replaced.

• Tell us within 7 days of receiving the piece.
• The piece should be unused and in its original condition where that applies.
• A wrong or damaged piece may be replaced or refunded.
• Made-to-order and hygiene-sensitive pieces may not be returnable.
